Wetopia Global Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 10 Anson Road, Singapore. We are the operators of this Site and the Wetopian movement — a global initiative to redistribute wealth through an innovative profit-sharing business model.
Our mission is to build and scale a global network of businesses that legally redistribute the majority of their profits to customers, workers, and communities. The Site provides information about the Wetopian movement, our business model, the Wetopian Market platform, and opportunities to get involved.

03 Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree that you will not use the Site to:
- (a) Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity: Use the Site for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or in Singapore.

- (d) Scrape, copy, or redistribute content: Use any automated means — including robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technology — to extract, copy, download, or redistribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission. Manual copying of content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you maintain all copyright and attribution notices.
- (e) Use automated tools harmfully: Use automated tools in any manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site's infrastructure, interferes with the proper functioning of the Site, or disrupts the experience of other users.
Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate termination of your permission to use the Site and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
04 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, articles, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is owned by or licensed to Wetopia Global and is protected by Singapore copyright law, international copyright conventions, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
The "Wetopia Global" name, the Wetopia logo, "Wetopian Market", and all related brand elements are trademarks or service marks of Wetopia Global Pte. Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of Wetopia Global without our prior written consent.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any of the material on the Site for commercial purposes without our prior express written permission. Permission for personal, non-commercial use may be granted on request to [email protected].

05 User Submissions
The Site contains forms through which you may submit information to us — including our Join / Interest Form and Contact Form. By submitting information through any form on the Site, you:
- Confirm accuracy: Confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading at the time of submission. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely state or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Grant a limited licence: Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, reproduce, and process your submission for the purposes of responding to your enquiry, registering your interest, and keeping you informed of relevant Wetopia Global developments (where you have opted in to marketing communications or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so).
- Acknowledge our Privacy Policy: Acknowledge that your submission will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Policy.
You should not submit sensitive personal data through the forms on the Site. This includes (but is not limited to) information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, health or medical information, sexual orientation, financial account details, or national identity numbers. 07Analytics & Tracking

09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wetopia Global, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or cost of substitute goods or services — arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site;
- Any content obtained from or through the Site;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on or linked from the Site;
- Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal data stored on them;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.
Whether such claims are brought in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Wetopia Global has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed SGD 100 (Singapore Dollars One Hundred).
Consumer rights preserved: Nothing in this Section limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation.
10 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wetopia Global and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or access to the Site;
- Your violation of any provision of these Terms;
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right, privacy right, or proprietary right;
- Any content you submit through the Site that causes harm to a third party;
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our defence of such claims.
11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter. This does not affect your ability to seek urgent injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where it is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including your rights under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive). As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in any alternative dispute resolution procedure but may consider it at our discretion.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These Terms do not limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited (where permitted) to the re-supply of services or the payment of the cost of having services re-supplied.
12 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the latest revision.
For material changes — revisions that significantly affect your rights or obligations, or our liability to you — we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. This may include placing a prominent notice on the Site homepage, adding a banner to this page, or (where you have previously submitted your contact details and opted into communications from us) sending a notification by email.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms have been posted constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.
